Christine Itano-Cosner

Christine Itano-Cosner has 25 years of experience as an organizational development consultant, instructional system designer, trainer and facilitator for Fortune 500 organizations and non-profit agencies. Ms. Itano-Cosner has a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her expertise includes leadership/management development, organizational development, strategic planning, performance management, teambuilding, diversity training, coaching, instructional design and development and organizational research. She is a partner with Spectrum Knowledge, an Elevate faculty member at the UC San Diego Rady School of Management, and has served as an adjunct faculty member at UC Irvine Merage School of Business, Executive Education Program and a member of Pfizer’s Worldwide Diversity & Inclusion consultant team. Her partnerships include Los Angeles Department of Water & Power, US Air Force, IBM, Boeing, The Aerospace Corporation, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, McDonald’s, American Express and Environmental Protection Agency.

Her management positions include Director of Training for a national non-profit organization, LEAP Inc., serving Fortune 500 companies, the Asian American community, and non profit organizations serving the Asian American community. She managed a staff of nationally recognized trainers and was responsible for the overall architecture of the Community Development Institute and Leadership Management Institute programs and courses. Ms. Itano-Cosner was also a Senior Organizational Development Consultant for The Aerospace Corporation. She provided organizational development consulting, instructional design and delivery, and facilitation of leadership, management, and professional development programs to senior executives, defense industry program managers and U.S. Air Force officers that managed multi-million dollar programs.

In addition to her corporate and non profit work, Ms. Itano-Cosner is using her experience with adults and athletes to educate and counsel youth. She is focused on helping youth connect, fit in and realize their potential as leaders across cultures. Her dedication to youth includes serving as a Board officer for two non-profit organizations.
